A few years ago, living in New York, I moved using a reusable crate service — I think they were blue or green — and I loved it. No assembling cardboard boxes, no tape, no garbage bags full of broken cardboard at the end. They just arrived, you filled them, and they took them away. That simple.
When I moved to Miami, I looked for something similar and found nothing. No reusable moving crate option in the whole city — just cardboard, the usual. And I thought: if I loved that experience in New York, Miami families would surely love having it here too.
That’s how BOXA was born. Together with my husband, my partner in this project from day one, we started something simple: bringing to Miami-Dade an easier, more organized way to move, with less cardboard in the trash — the same one that made my life easier years ago.
We are a family, local business that believes moving doesn’t have to be a chaos of broken boxes and tape. Every booking we receive, we treat as if it were our own move.
